Settlements for the work performed are made within 30 (Thirty) calendar days (if the procurement participant who is a SME entity is recognized as the winner, the payment term is 15 (fifteen) working days) from the date of signing the Certificate of acceptance of work performed in the form of KS-2 and a certificate of the cost of work performed in the form of KS-3.
