the application for participation in the price request shall be accompanied by the documents specified in clause 3.2 and Forms 1, 2, 3.

This RFQ procedure is not a bidding, and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part I, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFQ procedure is also not a public bidding and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure of price request does not impose obligations on the customer to conclude a contract with the winner of the price request
