In the Commercial Proposal it is necessary to specify the terms and conditions of the warranty for the delivered goods.

Required warranty conditions:
3-year equipment warranty.
Technical support reply within 8 business hours.
The replacement period for out-of-order components such as processors / RAM/Hard drives/ controllers/ network cards is made within three working days after the decision on the need for replacement is made.
