Payment terms:Payment upon receipt of products to the consignee's warehouse within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery and provision of original invoices, waybills, copies of waybills with the recipient's mark.
Delivery terms:Delivery time is 90 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the Contract.
All shipping costs and other costs must be included in the price of the shopping center.
The delivered goods must be certified;
- the warranty period is at least 12 months from the date of delivery. In case of delivery of goods of improper quality, the Supplier is obliged to replace it at its own expense within 3 days from the date of receipt of the claim.
Fixing the price for the entire delivery period.
After the expiration of the delivery period / delivery of the entire quantity of goods, it is possible to prolong the delivery contract on the same terms.
