Call for Bidding of new spare parts for the Chetra bulldozer equipment for JSC Lebedinsky GOK, JSC Mikhailovsky GOK named after A.V. Varichev and JSC OEMK named after A.A. Ugarov during 2026. (price fixing from 01.01.2026 to 12/31/2026 is a prerequisite)
Proposals are being considered:
1. For new spare parts (in priority original, produced by Chetra), not used, not from storage, not restored, not earlier than Q4 2025;
2. The validity period of the Technical and Commercial Proposal until 12/31/2026. (a prerequisite, confirm in the Technical and Commercial Proposal);
3. Postponement of payment for 120 days (it is not allowed to worsen the conditions, according to previously agreed, taking into account payment days + 0-7 days);
4. DDP/DAP shipping method;
5. Provide references to the proposed equivalents (if not previously supplied to Metalloinvest Group of Companies, provide drawings with standard sizes for coordination with the customer);
6. Warranty obligations - at least 12 months from the date of commissioning;
7. Provision of a manufacturer's certificate/official representative/dealer of the manufacturer, or a document confirming the traceability of the delivery from the manufacturer;
8. To consider the proposal, it is necessary to fill out a questionnaire for the CHETRA 2026. (required condition);
9. Formation of a warehouse of finished products, according to the type of consignment, without obligations of redemption (a prerequisite), (form for filling out an attachment in the procedure);
10. Radiators and cores are considered only with a copper-brass core;
11. RVD tractor kits are considered only in the customer's configuration (attachment in the procedure). Mandatory and preferred requirements are specified:
