Payment terms:Payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the cost of the Goods is made by the Buyer within 5 (five) banking days from the date of acceptance of the Goods. The date of delivery of the goods is the date of signing by the Parties of all reporting documents and delivery by the Supplier to the Buyer of a duly executed invoice. The form of payment is non-cash.
Delivery terms:Delivery must be made no later than 20 calendar weeks from the date of conclusion of the contract, but no later than June 1, 2022.
