Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the cost of the Goods is made by the Buyer within 5 (five) calendar days from the date the Buyer receives the Goods in full. The date of delivery of the goods is the date of signing by the Parties of all reporting documents and the delivery of a duly executed invoice by the Supplier to the Buyer. The form of payment is non-cash.
