Payment terms:Settlements under this agreement are made by the Buyer by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account, within 35 (thirty-five) business days after the Buyer accepts the delivered Goods on the basis of the following documents:
- the COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS form-12 signed by the Parties to the consignment note (Universal Transfer Document - hereinafter UPD);
- an invoice issued in accordance with the requirements provided for by the legislation on taxes and fees;
- the invoice received by the Buyer for payment.
(The payment terms specified in this paragraph shall take precedence. If you need an advance payment, provide options).
Delivery terms:In accordance with the requirements of this Call for Bidding documentation, the terms of reference (Appendix No. 3 to the Call for Bidding documentation), the draft contract (Appendix No. 4 to the Call for Bidding documentation).
