1. The Technical and Commercial Proposals of the Bidders who offered to supply the goods will be accepted for consideration, according to the bid (equivalents are not accepted for consideration); 2. Certificate of Conformity, quality certificate, safety data sheet, dealer certificates are required; 3. The goods must be packaged in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements for the appropriate packaging for the supplied Goods or in accordance with GOST or TU and necessary for the appropriate mode of transport. This package must ensure the safety of the Goods, their protection during normal handling, transportation, several overloads and storage; 4. Requirements for the form of the contract - according to the buyer's form; 5. This request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions prior to the signing of the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition.
