We ask you to carefully read the terms of this Bid Notice before preparing and submitting a Commercial Offer (Commercial Proposal).
1. BASIC CONDITIONS OF Call FOR Bidding
• The validity period of the Commercial Proposal: must be at least 90 calendar days (due to the company's internal regulations).
• Terms of the contract: the contract is concluded strictly in the form of the Buyer. Edits, corrections and minutes of disagreements to the form of the agreement are not accepted.
2. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE QUALITY, LABELING AND PACKAGING OF GOODS
For each item of the nomenclature in the Commercial Proposal, it is mandatory to specify:
• The manufacturer and the country of manufacture.
• Catalog number.
• The exact name of the nomenclature (regardless of whether the original or equivalent is offered).
• GOST / TU.
• Tolerance/ rate of shipment (if applicable).
Additional delivery requirements:
• Documentation: it is necessary to provide certificates of quality and origin from the manufacturer, as well as confirmation of your status (dealer or official certificate) in relation to the manufacturer.
• Packaging: must guarantee the safety of the cargo from mechanical damage and atmospheric corrosion.
• Regions of the Far North: the packaging design for goods sent to these regions must strictly comply with the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 ("Products sent to the regions of the Far North and equivalent areas. Packaging, labeling, transportation and storage").
• Pricing: Prices are fixed and are not subject to change during the entire period of validity of the specification.
3. REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTRATION OF Commercial Proposals
• Submission format: The Commercial Proposal is sent in two types:
1. In an editable format (completed Buyer's form).
2. In PDF format (on letterhead with the details of the Supplier, signed and sealed).
• Delivery amount: in the offer it is necessary to specify the minimum amount of delivery from which your company is ready to work.
This request for commercial proposals is not an offer, competitive bidding process or public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All interaction prior to the signing of the contract is recognized as pre-contractual work and does not impose any obligations on the Customer, except those expressly stated in the terms of this request.
