Payment terms:Payment of works is made within 45 calendar days from the moment of signing by both parties of the act of acceptance and transfer and presentation by the Contractor of an invoice on the terms of the marginal cost of work according to the estimate agreed and approved by the Customer, after the conclusion of the contract, subject to the transfer to the Customer of the executive documentation agreed by the Technical Customer.
The final payment, in the amount of at least 10%, is made after the complete completion of the entire complex of works.
Delivery terms:The deadline for the development and approval of working documentation is 30 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
The deadline for the implementation of the SMR and NDP is 60 calendar days after the RD is agreed in accordance with the schedule of work.
