Payment terms:Покупатель производит оплату путём перечисления денежных средств на расчётный счёт Поставщика в следующем порядке: 100% стоимости товара – в течение 120 (сто двадцать) календарных дней с даты приёмки товара от Перевозчика на складе Покупателя.
Delivery terms:Поставщик производит доставку товара за свой счёт и своими силами до склада Покупателя в течение 20 календарных дней с момента подписания договора. Наличие паспорта качества либо иной документ, удостоверяющий качество товара. Поставляемый товар должен быть новым, не восстановленным. К запросу предложений допускаются только заводы изготовители и дилеры
