Payment terms:deferred payment within 60 days from the date of receipt of the consignment to the buyer's warehouse. The batch refers to the quantity of the goods according to one specification.
Delivery terms:delivery of goods is carried out by the supplier to the buyer's warehouse. The supplied products shall be new, not restored and not preserved previously. Delivery cost shall be included in the cost of products. Delivery date is the date of shipment of goods to the buyer at the time of signing the consignment note (Torg-12) at the buyer's warehouse in the city of Prokopyevsk. The stated volume is indicative and assumes delivery time within 12 months 2019g. The volume of the application can be changed by no more than 10-20% in both the big and the smaller side.
