LLC "Industry" asks you to consider the possibility of providing a commercial proposal for the supply of goods and materials.

To participate in the procurement procedure, we ask you to familiarize yourself with the procurement documentation and send the following information:
1. Commercial offer completed in accordance with the form of Appendix 1, in Excel format;
Please pay attention to the instructions for completing the commercial proposal form.
2. Copies of documents confirming the compliance of goods and materials with the requirements established in the procurement documentation;
3. Copies of documents in accordance with Appendix 3.

Acceptance of goods and materials is carried out at the Buyer's warehouse.
Products must be new, not used.
Analogs are not considered.

If you have any questions about this procurement procedure, we ask you to formulate all the questions in a single letter no later than February 17, 2021.

This RFP procedure is not a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer the corresponding volume of civil obligations.
