Payment terms:
The payment for the Equipment is carried out by the Buyer not earlier than 30 (thirty) and not later than 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of final acceptance of the Equipment by the Buyer (Consignee) in accordance with the invoice received from the Supplier for payment, consignment note / UPD and invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of the current Russian legislation. In case of provision of services/works related to installation supervision, commissioning, etc., payments for services rendered /work performed are carried out by the Buyer in the following order:-100% of the cost of services / works no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the Act of Delivery and acceptance of services rendered / works performed.In case of advance payment, a mandatory condition is the provision of a bank guarantee for the repayment of the advance payment for a period exceeding 60 working days from the date of delivery of the equipment. This condition must be confirmed in the Technical and Commercial Proposal provided.¶
