Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Payment terms:Payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer on the basis of invoices issued by the Contractor, or on the basis of invoices, or UPD by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of rendering the services and signing the certificate of completed works.
Delivery terms:Term of rendering Services: within 12 (Twelve) months from the date of commencement of rendering Services.
The beginning of the provision of Services – within 3 (three) business days from the date of written notification of the Contractor by the Customer about the beginning of the provision of services under the Contract.
