Payment terms:For participants who are not subjects of small and medium business:
The Goods are paid by the Buyer within 85 (eighty five) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Goods by the Buyer on the consignment note and on the basis of the invoice provided that the Supplier has transferred and the Buyer has accepted all necessary Documents provided for in sections 5 and 8 of this Agreement. The Buyer has the right to suspend payment in case of failure to submit the documents specified in sections 5 and 8 of this Agreement.
For participants who are subjects of small and medium business:
The Goods are paid by the Buyer within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Goods by the Buyer on the consignment note and on the basis of the invoice provided that the Supplier has transferred, and the Buyer has accepted all the necessary documents, Under sections 5 and 8 of this Agreement.
