Payment terms:
100% (one hundred percent) of the total value of the corresponding batch of goods within 20 (twenty) working days from the date of shipment of the corresponding batch of Goods in the Supplier's warehouse
Delivery terms:

10. Upon shipment of goods, mandatory notification of the Buyer with the provision of copies of: invoices, COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier.
