Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension with settings
If within the last 30 minutes before bid submission deadline the best rank changes, bid submission deadline in the call for bids will be automatically extended by 30 minutes from the time when the latest bid was submitted.

Payment terms:100% post-payment within 10 working days from the date of signing the certificate of completed works. Alternative conditions for Bidders will also be considered. The analysis of Proposals will be carried out at the present value, cleared of VAT.
Delivery terms:Work completion period:
1. The first stage is from 01.01.2025 to 30.04.2025, from 01.10.2025 to 12/31/2025.
- adding the object to the current license;
- more detailed familiarization with components and assemblies;
- Full operation of the boiler house according to the technical specifications;
2. The second stage from 01.05.25 to 30.09.2025 (boiler house is suspended until the beginning of the heating season):
- preparation for the launch of the boiler house during the heating period of 2025-2026;
- carrying out repair and commissioning work at the facility;
- updating documentation;
Ora:
- 12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. The cost will be fixed for the entire term of the contract.
