Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension with settings
If within the last 30 minutes before bid submission deadline the best rank changes, bid submission deadline in the call for bids will be automatically extended by 30 minutes from the time when the latest bid was submitted.

Payment terms:100% post-payment within 21 calendar days. Alternative conditions for Bidders will also be considered. The analysis of Proposals will be carried out at the present value, cleared of VAT.

AHO: approximately no more than 2 times a month A4,A3 paper for some objects – less
often, paper of other formats /types is delivered to the central office, approximately 1 time a month.
EUK: approximately 1-2 times a quarter.
