Per-item bid submission
Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:100% post-payment based on the results of the month worked within 14 calendar days after the completion of the work, the signing of the Act of completed work and after the Contractor (Supplier) has provided the Customer (Buyer) with a complete set of properly executed closing documents). Alternative conditions of participants will also be considered. The comparison will be carried out at the present value.
Delivery terms:The work is planned to be carried out in the period from December 1, 2022 to February 28, 2023 and the terms should not exceed 2 (two) months (with the possibility of postponement at the initiative of the Customer in case of a long approval process). In this case, the Contractor has the right to complete the work earlier than the specified period with the notification of the Customer.

Address of work execution:
- remotely by the Performer and at the expense of the Performer.

Frequency of delivery/work:
Frequency of delivery according to Appendix No. 1_ Terms of Reference.

Comments:
Term of the contract: from the date of conclusion of the contract 12 months.

The supplier is selected according to the minimum cost and evaluation criteria, compliance with qualification requirements and full compliance with the conditions of Appendix No. 1_ Terms of Reference.
