By 2015 annual volume of production by companies created with participation of RUSNANO is expected to reach 300 billion rubles. Volume and scope of purchasing of goods, works and services by Corporation is steadily growing. The Corporation purchases: Services associated with evaluation and implementation of infrastructure projects and projects oriented at establishing companies that produce innovative products: legal services, evaluation, market analysis and research, scientific, technological and patent expertise, marketing, analysis of technological equipment required by the projects and search for it’s potential suppliers etc; Services related to development of documentation that organize and regulate internal business processes of Corporation and their IT-support; Services associated with development of documentation directed at stimulation of demand for innovative products; Goods, works and services required to support business activities of the Corporation; Personnel training and continuous education services in field of nanotechnology, etc. RUSNANO is interested in expansion of number of suppliers and development of fair competition, improvement of openness and transparency of it’s procurement. For that reasons the Board of Corporation took decision to change-over to electronic form of procurement organization. Electronic information-analytical and trading system “B2B-Center” (Portal www.b2b-rusnano.ru) was selected as e-procurement platform for Corporation on competitive basis. “B2B-Rusnano” forms unified information and trade space – electronic market that implements principles of openness, transparency, non-discriminative access and equal competitive opportunities. E-purchasing in “B2B-Rusnano” system will provide the suppliers with numerous advantages, including: Access to up-to-date, real-time information related to purchasing activities of the Corporation: regulatory documents, bidding advance notices and announcements, actual tenders, tender participants and results; Access to various databases, including tender results archives, which allows market analysis and research, monitor prices, search for partners and competitors etc.; Participate in online tenders and organize tenders for their own needs themselves; Monitor tenders in real time from their announcement to the conclusion; Use secure-channel digital signature protected electronic document flow that guaranties high security and reliability of the information; Gain access to dynamic and well-developed electronic market that unites more than 31700 participants and provides new opportunities for realization of their goods and services, thanks to integration of the “B2B-Rusnano” in network of the other B2B-systems that function in different industries of the economy. The Corporation will change-over to e-purchasing starting from 1st of February 2010.
