Carrying out by an accredited laboratory of sampling of industrial emissions at the ISAV of LLC PG Phosphorit. Determination of aerodynamic characteristics, concentrations of SV within the framework of the PEC with the issuance of protocols of the established sample. The scope of accreditation should fully cover the range of concentrations of SV (in the Appendix). The measurement must be carried out 1 time, the number of visits to the industrial site - if necessary.
Measurements should be carried out according to the measurement methods (methods), information about which is entered into the Federal Information Fund for Ensuring the Uniformity of Measurements. The volumetric flow rate should be indicated in the Protocol, and not in the calculation certificate to the Protocol.
Проведение аккредитованной лабораторией отбора проб промышленных выбросов на ИЗАВ ООО "ПГ "Фосфорит". Определение аэродинамических характеристик, концентраций ЗВ в рамках ПЭК с выдачей протоколов установленного образца. Область аккредитации должна полностью покрывать диапазон концентраций ЗВ (в Приложении). Замер необходимо провести 1 раз, количество выездов на промышленную площадку - по необходимости. Измерения должны выполняться по методикам (методам) измерений, сведения о которых внесены в Федеральный информационный фонд по обеспечению единства измерений. Объемный расход должен быть указан в Протоколе, а не в расчетной справке к Протоколу.
