4. Acceptance of non-ferrous metal waste in terms of quantity and quality is carried out in accordance with the Delivery Agreement at the Supplier's warehouse with the signing of the acceptance certificate by the Buyer's representative with the appropriate authority.
5. BMK JSC loads vehicles according to axial distribution, overloaded vehicles will not be produced from the territory of BMK JSC. After detecting an overload on the scales at the check-out, the transport will be returned to the loading point, the overload will have to be eliminated, if necessary, the documents will be adjusted by weight, which does not allow overloading along the axes or by total weight.
