Selection of a contractor to carry out work on the development of design estimates and subsequent installation of an individual heating point with the installation of automatic weather control of the heating system at the construction site "Residential building with built-in attached non-residential premises and underground parking at the address: Krasnoyarsk, Veinbaum str., 15".
Customer: LLC "SK "Guriati".
Stages of work:
- Stage 1: design, including (if necessary) the development of materials for the EPB and registration in the state register of the OPO. Obtaining a positive conclusion of the state expert examination of project documentation;
- Stage 2: installation, commissioning, commissioning.
The requirements for the performance of work and the contractor are specified in those. the task.
The bid should be accompanied by an estimate, deadlines for step-by-step implementation, and an attachment of a reference list/permits/ licenses.
Выбор подрядчика для выполнения работ по разработке проектно-сметной документации и последующему монтажу индивидуального теплового пункта с установкой автоматики погодного регулирования системы отопления на строительном объекте "Жилой дом со встроенно-пристроенными нежилыми помещениями и подземной парковкой по адресу: г. Красноярск, ул. Вейнбаума, 15". Заказчик: ООО "СК "Гуриати". Этапность работ: - 1 этап: проектирование, включая (при необходимости) разработку материалов для ЭПБ и регистрации в госреестре ОПО. Получение положительного заключения госэкспертизы проектной документации; - 2 этап: монтаж, пусконаладка, сдача в эксплуатацию. Требования к выполнению работ и подрядчику указаны в тех. задании. Заявку сопровождать сметным расчетом, сроками поэтапного выполнения, приложением референс-листа/разрешительных документов/ лицензий.
