Q&As

  • Use filters to select suitable pricing plans. Then click "Select" button to view pricing plan features and generate an invoice. You can also select pricing plans and generate invoices from a bid notice page.

  • Go to Company Profile section of the Personal Workspace, select Payment and Legal documents subsection, and then go to Source Documents tab.

  • Normally, a payment reaches our bank account within 2 business days if invoice is paid from a settlement account. If an invoice is paid with a bank card, the money are received almost immediately (in 10-15 minutes).

    You may upload a payment order via the Personal Workspace to get access to the platform on the same day.

  • You can upload a bank payment order via the Personal Workspace. To do so, click Upload bank order button on the right.

  • Issuance terms depend on a plan purchased.

    For quarter-based pricing plans – within 5 business days after expiration of a quarter.
    For one-time plans – within 5 business days from provision of access to a call for bids.
    For yearly plans – on a quarter basis, at the end of each quarter.

  • Yes. You can use any bank card enabling purchasing online. To proceed with this payment method, click "Pay with a bank card" button.

    Please note that the closing documents shall be issued to the organization, in the name of which the invoice has been generated and paid.

  • Documents can be obtained in one of the following ways:

    1. Implement E-document flow, to receive closing documents in e-format.
    2. You may wish to pick up the documents at our office at: Russia, Moscow, 18 Tretiya Rybinskaya St., bldg. 22
    3. You may wish to order a fee-based delivery by the Russian Post.
