The criteria of the Commercial Proposal, Requirements Specification, are MANDATORY for study and filling in the form. Proposals of Bidders whose Commercial Proposals are uploaded incorrectly and without the Bidder's contact details (email, contact name) may not be considered.
BE SURE to attach a Commercial Proposal.
Proposals without taking into account the specification are not automatically considered. The specification is required to study.
In the Commercial Proposal, specify items from the specification.
